Back to real life...

...whatever that is.

Well, the boy went off happily to school this morning laughing like a drain at my ability to close my eyes independently of each other. He spent the whole half-term in his dressing gown, sipping hot tea. Honestly, anyone would think he was a writer the way he carries on.

So, I am back in my studio at the end of the garden contemplating the gallop towards Christmas. I will meet with my lovely collaborators for the comedy pilot on Thursday so I'm looking forward to that. I have decided not to go for the Channel4 PILOT scheme but will convert that idea into a spec instead. I've also decided to write the first draft of a new idea in November.
I am reading Chris Soth's mini-movie method and will post a review at a later date but it's all making sense so far...

What are your plans?
