I entered this last year and heard absolutely diddly squat, even when I e-mailed them to politely enquire if they had received my entry!

I won't be entering this year, as I'm a bit mean like that!

Chip,
I apologize on behalf of the festival for the miscommunication but we only notify accepted filmmakers. This is mentioned in our submission guidelines. The reason is that we receive over 1000 films and have a relatively small staff so we can't notify all filmmakers. This also explains why we didn't respond to your email although we do try to respond to all emails so I'm sorry you didn't at least get a response from us.
